I am having a similar problem with a PTP Bullet M5 setup. It will work great 95% of the time and then about three to four times a day one of the M5's (AP) decides to stop all IP traffic. I can still see that it is putting out RF by viewing the other Bullet M5 on the other end of the hop. It still shows good signal strength and the Airmax quality and capacity is good as well, just no IP traffic.
This setup is is a 27 mile hop, Bullet M5's on both ends, Version v5.1-beta.3207, WPA-AES running, Auto Ack enabled, 20MHz channel, locked to MCS-6 (it likes it there),AP to Station (No WDS).
Config on AP is:

I will also add that if I wait it out it will come back in about 3 to 4 minutes and the log file shows no reboot... If I catch it and I manually reboot it, it comes back a bit quicker than waiting on it... Really strange... The watchdog is enabled as well...
I will also post the the Station config if you would like. I can supply SSH access if you need it....
This is really annoying since when it does work it is great and solid, but when the lockup occurs my subs who are gamers throw a fit!
I am hope I am adding some insight and not high jacking AtTilla's thread....

My software team small investigating the problem origin is the Auto Ack lockout.
When restarting all 2 device. The Auto Ack re measuring the correct value and the link working again. So this is Auto Ack Minor Bug.

AtTilla,
I think you are onto something here. I didn't notice this until I got the latest 5.1 Beta and turned on Auto Ack... I will disable Auto Ack and see what happens....
Thanks for sharing the info....

Hey Guys,
If you can give us SSH access (please email info to mike@ubnt.com) that would be most helpfull.
Thanks,
