Is there a way to get the software to report WAN address of detected radios? It only shows the LAN IP, and that is not helpful at all.

I assume you are talking about the WLAN address.
You see the IP address that AirControl connects to by default. If you connect to devices through the wireless interface you would see the WLAN address.
You can get the WLAN address for managed devices by selecting wlanIpAddress in the column customization.

Rocket M5 Access point with 2 Nano M5 clients. Clients have public IP addresses on their WLAN ports, and they have 192.168.2.1 addresses on their internal LAN ports.
As you can see, neither radio displays the WLAN address, just the useless internal private address. And the column customization does not show a wlanIpAddress option.
Neither radio is being managed remotely. Is that a requirement?

Yes, as I already said, you can see the wlanIpAddress for managed devices.
What are you going to use AirControl for?
