Hi,

We are a bluetooth marketing company called Huetouch in the UK, and wish to do pre-install site survays, we are concious that 2.4ghz traffic can significantly effect the performance of class 1 bluetooth radios and thus we want to use a specy analyzer to check for WIFI, 2.4noise and particually to test the range and signal strength of Bluetooth - will the Airview product do this ????

AirView2 is not at all wifi-application specific so it doesn't care what kind of traffic it's measuring/displaying. It will detect ANY traffic in its effective range (2400-2485 MHz) and produce its graphs/displays. So yes, absolutely if the devices you're talking about emit RF in that range, they'll definitely show up in AirView.

Cheers,

I agree they are great gizmos... I have both the AirView9 and AirView2 and they're very handy. The built-in AirView in all of the M series products is also a great help for finding the clearest air available.

Question: What is the channel width (resolution) that the AirView 900 and AirView2 sample at?

Comment: Having it under 'embedded radios' makes it harder to find on the website.
