Hi, Well I was Working all this days with the Aircontrol very waited app for me because I have more than 500 Nanos already deployed in a PPPoE enviroment and more coming, well thats my problem first.
I solve all layer 3 conections problems and I able to connect to my nanos but I made a trick to bypass de PPPoE IP assignation NAT and all network related problems, I have a Win Server 2003 directly connected to the bridge network of all my AP or base stations in a network segment different for management purpose, I had to download a .cfg file for a client and made this mod
in a Ex:
netconf.2.devname=ath0
netconf.2.ip=192.168.100.187
netconf.2.netmask=255.255.255.0
netconf.2.status=enabled
netconf.2.up=enabled
It works flawless connect update all works the client get IP for PPPoE Server and this fixed ip let me manage it from the Aircontrol soft. But it's very difficult put fixed IP's in all clients
and track them.
It's possible enable DHCP in this section for get an IP only for manage preserving the PPPoE client config?
Other question.
I use a diferent port for web management ex: port 88 when I use the WebUI option it does not load because I suppouse it expect port 80 or default port What can I do?
