Problem upgrading firmware on NS2Ls

I have Air Control working and am able to upgrade firmware to version 3.5 on any NS2 radio with version 3.2, but can't do it on the Ls, which all have 3.3.2. On the Firmware page, I get the new 3.5 firmware info on the line just below the white boxes, and by selecting radios from the device list, then clicking connect/disconnect, it sets up the provisioning and completes it. When I select any L radio, I get the error box with the big red X in it. I go back to the firmware screen, highlight the existing firmware line and click Upload Firmware, get an error box telling me to select a valid version. Since it works with any non-L radio, it must be a valid version. I'm stumped.

By the way, as I installed Air Control, I had to click "ignore" 2 or 3 times or the installation stopped. (???)

Please send me a screenshot of the firmware screen (showing the images that you uploaded) and another one of the main screen showing the details including firmware build and product for one of the units that you cannot connect. Use private forum message.

Load that image into AirControl and see whether you can then connect to the NS L. Due to some 2.x backwards compatibility kludge the 3.5 image that you have uploaded is tagged as NS and not XS and that is why it is not accepted for upgrade.

Let me know if that still doesn't work.
