I would like to know the number of NanoStation2 which can be used in AP-WDS.Anytime I add a node to the network,it freezes the whole network, the internet is slow and you can not even connect at certain places.Any ideas. To my know knowledge the best would be two,but I have 6 which I would like to use in AP-WDS setup

Hmm.....trick question.

Answer #1 - When you connect past 30 to 35 radios to an AP, the AP will start to choke.

Answer #2 - When you have more that 2 to 4 WDS routes downstream, the end points will be really, REALLY slow.

Answer #3 - If you have incorrect peering lists, you'll get a network feedback loop and your network will choke. Auto-peering can cause this, so manually set your peers. Incorrectly manually set peering can also cause this.

Can you post a diagram of your network?

Thanks,I will look into your points and have a second look at the peers setup. In all I have six NS2 and one acting as the gateway to the internet and peers to the rest 5 NS2 all acting in AP/WDS mode and unchecking of clients isolation, can that also have effect on the network.

better change setup and use in AP Mode with others as bridges to bridge the AP to the gateway

Thanks for your advices, happy to announce that all my NS2 are working perfectly in an AP-WDS mode. For now have 25 connected laptops working without any major troubles reported yet.Just need a good management software to use in its administration.
