Maximum number of devices to manage

Hello, I mention my experience to install it in a couple of Win2003 and could not do to start the service, but in the end I could do on another server that will boot and load about 900 NS5 / NS5M and it worked perfect at first but then began to very slowly and directly to not start the service know if someone has a maximum number of devices to manage and most importantly there any way to recover the DB

Are you trying to manage 900 devices with a single AirControl instance? We have not done any testing in that region. It may require tuning on JVM settings configuration best case and quite possibly the application may simply not handle that volume yet. We see AirControl being used with couple hundreds devices at this time, and this also depends on the host environment.

Having said that, I need to get more info from you about your environment and usage scenario first. What CPU/physical memory do you have on the box? Do you see any errors in the log files (under logs/). What does task manager report about CPU and memory utilization? Can I have a look at the system directly?
