bullet M5 problem! Help

I have 2 bullet M5, and I make connect point to point.The link was ok but after one day
the acces-point stopped working!:( The leds is flashing and I can not see it my pc across ethernet). Placed in pipe 4.20[m] height and it difficult disconnect it!.What it should I make?
The problem is known or is to me the first time; maby To buy another;

Did you use shielded (FTP) CAT5 cable
for you installation? Did you use a
properly-grounded PoE power unit?

If not, the unit could be damaged.

If you are able to reach the Bullet,
you could attempt a hard-reset.
This requires you to press the tiny
reset button near the RJ45 jack. Dave

I read all relative subjects.I have change cable and I put 5.02 23-10-2009 firmware. Until now all all right. I thank You

Did you do a hard reset yet?
If so, and it still doesn't work,
you may have a damaged unit.
Changing the cable after this
happens won't do you any good.

Also, be sure to check the radio
on a short CAT5 cable with
another PoE device. Dave
