connecting three buildings

hello everyone,
i am new to wireless networks and i need some information,
i want to connect three buildings using wifi. Lets name the buildings A,B and C. The B is at the center and the A is 1km at the north of B and the C 1Km at the east of B. I want to have between the buildings voip and email. At the A 100 people are working at B 40 and at C 10. What hardware do i need for this? :icon_confused:

A,C - Bullets with directionals.

You could run the Nano M at full tilt, check the specs. Weather won't be a problem.
