Airmax really works?

I buy 5 airmax rocket m 5 and before to deploy I'll like to know if really works I don't buy yet the ubnt dish before to make the investment, some one try and work with 22 mbps with heavy traffic?
I need for ptp 15 milles and ptp 16 milles
Please help me
