I have NS5 to NS5 7 km link with 20 -22 Mbs internet speed.Tested with speedtest.net.
I put up NS5M to NS5M 8 km link few days ago just to see if it worked and had 24Mbs speed on 20 Mhz. Did not test with 40 Mhz. Tested with speedtest.net

Internetsaco, as I'm sure you know,
distance is affected by several factors--
not just the radio. What is your signal
path? How high in the air are your NS
units? Is there anything between them?

Can you describe your radio settings?
How is ACK set? is AirMAX on? What
rf power setting? Dave

If I remember right it was AP WDS - ST WDS 5750mhz 20mhz with auto ACK of.
Distance set to 9,7km (real distance 7,8km) Air max of.
You should spend some time playing with distance and channel.

I have used these NS5M on 2 km link and I think I just changed the distance.
Can't see it now because it is trunked link behind vlan switch and router.
Will go there after few days and can see it for sure then.

I'm waiting for SR 71X card now to use in the car
so I don't have to walk up to the mast every time.
