Interesting that AirControl can see behind a Mikrotik Hotspot some devices, but I can't see a Tranzeo device in bridge mode behind a Bullet5 in AP mode on the same network.

Can you post a network diagram?
Have you NAT?

The Tik hotspot service does the natting, private to the clients, public to the world. It's odd cause I have to jump through hoops to get to a device behind the hotspot, but Aircontrol seems to see them. Diagram, pretty simple.

Tower-AP's - TIK - BH <----> BH <--> Switch <--> Internet

All BackHaul's (BH) and AP's are in bridge mode, the Tik is the controller.

Question: you want to see Tranzeo from AirControl?

No I don't need to see Tranzeo from AirControl, I just thought it strange that AirControl would see devices you can't normally see behind a Mikrotik hotspot. The only ways that I can access devices behind a hotspot is to port forward to a configuration method of that device. Then the other thing was that AirControl can see these things but I get sporadic ping or any other access to devices connected to a Bullet5.
