Nano M5 reports wrong ip in router mode

I have a NS M5 in router mode. The IP is set to 172.16.37.38 (static). The LAN side is in the 192.168.1.1-255 range.

I can log into the radio at the 172 address fine.

However the discovery tool reports it at 192.168.1.1 and the WEB UI does not work (let me log in).
