I installed AirCOntrol on Llinux server and it seam work fine ;).

I added some devices and it becomes active (green ball).

Now on the same devices I have this error "Device operation failed:
No communication from device after connect, please check connectivity
from device to server".

This is incorrect because:

- I m able to update FW from AirControl server
- From AirControl server I can reach the WEB server on UBNT device...

Device is a NS2L.

Have you an idea?

update:

I upgradeade FW from V 3.4 to V 3.5 (for test FW upgrade function).
Now the ball is green, but I receive always the error message "Device operation....".

Note: after upgrade the AirControl report V 3.4 (incerrect :( )

Looks like devices cannot reach the AirControl server. Please check the server HTTP port is reachable from the device. Also check the the access logs/localhost_acccess_log for the devices IP. If you don't see anything there, you might have a firewall problem.

Firmware update will work even when devices are unable to report stats as it goes through SSH.

From UBNT device to AirControl server? If yes, that protocol/port?

Ok ok, pure routing and no NAT ;)

Now work fine :)
