FYI - Problem fixed...

In Java options I changed -Xmx1024M to -Xmx512M

Thanks for the update. Could you let us know what exact version of JRE you are using?

And how much memory does task manager report is in use by aircontrol.exe? On any of the systems I tested the max memory was never hit, utilization usually below 200MB, depending on number of devices. Since the parameter you adjusted is a max setting, I'm curious why the JVM would attempt to grab so much memory on startup in your case.

Will do, ill have to wait till monday to get back to the office to confirm.

I had no problems on Windows 7 or Windows Server 2003 just XP SP3.

I have the same problem on Win Server 2003 R2 SP2, JRE 1.6.17.
But i can't find where to set java options.
Please help!

Start > All Programs > Ubiquiti Air Control > Configure Service

Then...

Click on the 'Java' tab

In the List of Java options (should be at the top) -Xmx1024M

change to -Xmx512M

Restart service, let me know how it goes.
