We have a failry naked tower that has been sitting idle for around 3 years. It has 3 of these on it http://www.wlanparts.com/product/SA24-120-16-WB/16dBi_120_Deg_2327GHz_Vertical_Polarized_Sector_Antenna.html (Sorry for linking a vendor, looks like pacwireless was bought, and the links I have aren't working).

We ordered 3 Bullet M2 HPs and just had them installed at the top today. I was under the impression that there was some legacy compatibility with other 802.11b/g equipment. The Nanostation2 loco that we had laying around does not see anything, nor does my laptop.

Do I simply fail at wireless (or reading the specifications correctly)? Or is there something wrong with my 3 year old sectors and I should at least see the SSID.

Thanks,

-Nick

There is some connectivity issues between the products right now. It's kind of hit or miss until the next version of firmware.

Nick, Pacific Wireless was bought by
Laird Technologies some time ago.
Here's the spec sheet:

Their Website is really bad to navigate. Dave
