Hola buenas tardes, Mi nombre es jose Luis desde Colombia y tengo problemas con varios NS2 ya que no me dan LAN, le realizo reset y los leds que indican la potencia de la señal comienzan a encenderse alternadamente, es decir, led 1 y3, y luego led 2 y 4 y se mantiene asi. no me deja entrar a la direccion IP por default.
me gustaria saber cual puede ser la causa de esto y su posible solucion.
agradezco la informacion que me puedan entregar.

Ubiquiti ha tenido unidades con puertos Ethernet mal. Enviar de nuevo a ellos a través de su proceso de RMA.

Try the wiki (wiki.ubnt.com) and follow the factory firmware recovery procedure.

Reset to factory defaults by pressing and holding the reset button.
Then set your nic card ip address to 192.168.1.x anything but 20
Connect the unit and try to ping 192.168.1.20.
If you cant ping the unit then check your cabeling.
If your cabeling is good and you still cant ping the units then I would try to RMA them.
If you cant ping the unit then you wont be able to tftp into the unit to do a factory
firmware recovery. If you can ping the unit then follow the instructions here:

hola tengo un enlace punto a punto de 28km con dos aps nano2 antenas panel hyperlink de 27dbi, en realidad enlace casi perfecto el CCQ 97%, calidad de la señal -55dbm, alineacion de antenas perfecto (todos los leds encendidos), he trabajado un mes sin ningun problemas sin cortes y pines entres aps 2ms, pero ahora de un momento a otro el ap base (emisor) pierde pines y se me cuelga y pierdo toda coneccion con EL, tengo apagarlo y prenderlo para que se ponga en marcha de nuevo... alguien sabe que esta pasando????????...

El problema basicamente es una descarga sobre el equipo lo q proboca el fallo del integrado encargado de manejar el LAN.
Con gusto le podemos solucionar el inconveniente realizando el cambio del integrado.
