backup conf and persistent scripts

I have the following question to submit to your attention:

supposing to have under persistent dir some script or rc.prestart and or rc.poststart. If I decide to backup my configuration, are those files saved or not?

No the scripts will not be backed up with the AirOS backup menu. Only the config file is exported.
