hey guys. I have plenty of legacy nano's and bullet's in the field. I am using SNMP on all of them right now on a dedicated prtg virtual machine. SNMP on the legacy units is as simple as checking the box to enable and entering the community string in the prtg monitoring.
On the 2 new bulletm's I just set up a couple of days ago I get no traffic stats in prtg. I know that prtg is seeing the 2 units because I don't have any error messages, but I get nothing at all no matter what. I have checked and unchecked extra reporting. tried all kinds of SNMP versions in my software (although I use v1). Anyone have any idea's or is this common?
