It is working fine for me on Win7 x64 RTM (7600). I forget if I had to do anything special. Have you tried running in compatibility mode / run as administrator ?

Ryanr, try what ciphercore suggested. I don't know of any incompatibility between our installer and Win7. We have had it installed here on a Win7 machine ever since Win7 BETA, and now with RC1(?). Never any issues. Which version of Win7 do you have installed?

It is working great on Win7, and the driver/software seems rock solid stable for me. Just mind the UAC annoyalog box, and 'compatibility' mode as the previous poster suggested.

I am using it in conjunction w/ the win7 screen snipper for idiot-proof RF troubleshooting. :icon_lol: This little fellow has already helped reduce petty support time with a couple of customers.
