Hi,

I have just flash my bullets to rc3, hoping this would solve my problem but I cannot get the bullet to act as a Access point. I followed the wiki, checked and double checked everything.

I can only ping and connect to the Bullet when the Ethernet cable is plugged directly into the laptop port.

If I plug it into my RV02 for example, I can't ping the unit or get to the web GUI. (And yes, the laptop is also plugged into the RV02)

I was trying to setup the units initially in bridge mode and couldn't get it working. That is when I tried to get it working as a access point.

Idea's?

Also, where is the download link for rc4 ?

Thanks !

Hi Voicenet,

What POE are you using to power the units? It seems like in your second application, they are not booting up.

For RC4, we had to take it down to do more testing. The link should be back at the top of the thread list shortly.

I'm having the same problem configuring Bullet M2-HP's in AP bridge mode. Cannot get an IP on the wireless side. Other Bullets work fine. Did you get any solution from UBNT ?

I just discovered the channel width has to be set to 20MHz to connect a /b/g client to the M2-HP configured in AP bridge mode

Same here you have to select 20mhz fixed to properly work in B/G

Hello,
Yes you can lower the data rates using the provided drop down menu on the Link Setup page.

Thanks,

Mike

its assessment is correct but at lower megabits client computers are not networked teams have placed nanoloco2 100mw and NanoStation2 400 MW as customers do not make a proper negotiation, could be so kind as to upload a beta AIROS 5.1, to improve my connection? I have about 60 customers and solve that problem I owe my whole platform is based on Ubiquiti.
