Hi Mike, I write the following problem:

One of my NanoStation 5 (which I had already configured and tested without any problem), suddenly stopped working. When energized, the LED is lit only by power, and when I connect to the computer does not turn on the LED LAN activity.
The computer also comes as network cable unplugged. Accionanado I tried the reset button, but no change. The only answer he gives is when drives the reset for about 40 seconds and all LEDs are lit at once, but then we must change.
It seems strange, because the equipment was functioning properly.

Thanks in advance for any guidance.

Was this unit installed outside?

The main cause for lan failure, has been equipment that is not correctly earthed.
You must use screened cat, the one with the wire running inside the outer cover. This can be terminated at each end with screened connectors.

This is required for all units.

The power issue mentioned, is happening with M Series Nano. This has a 15V injector and will only support approx 30mtr cable. Ubiquiti currentlt advises using 24V injector for longer cable runs.
