hey guys, was just curious, will these bullets work on a nano2 poe supply? i know the voltage is 12v compared to the poe-15. anyone?

Ive been running them on the 12v Nano power supply and they are running fine, data sheet says "up to 24v" not very helpful!

thank you very much for response. that's great news, ive got some dead nano's in the warehouse, but about 75% of the PoE's are testing good, so I guess I don't have to buy many poe-15's

Does the speck sheet mean that these are not 802.3af compatible? I thought the original marketing of these products stated that they were going to be af compatible. We will need the "Instant 802.3af" then to make them work with 802.3af switches?

That's correct...
You will need to place an Instant802.3af adapter in front of the device to make it 48V 802.3af compatible

I recently purchased a Powerbridge M5 to test and wanted to run it off a 48 volt battery bank where I have PoE managed switches. On the recommendation of the supplier, I bought the Instant802.3af adaptors but have now discovered they only output 16 volts which according to the spec sheets is not enough to drive the Powerbridge.
Any recommendations on what I can use?
