Hi there,

I'm looking for a skilled programmer to make a simple webinterface for my environment-controller.

Some info on the project:

I have a large terrarium with 3 large snakes in it. It is very important that the snakes live in a environment with constant humidity and temperature.

Therefore a friend of mine, made a relay controller in combination with a wireless RF receiver module (using an atmega8). The device receives hum./temp. data from a cresta rx320 RF temp/hum transmitter.

This data is send to the Fonera which handels actions bases on the temp/hum data.

_____________
| rf receiver |----------------Solid state relay ---- lamps (on/off at given time)
| relay controller |----------------SSR----- heater (on/off)
| |---------------SSR------Humifier (on/off)
| |---------------TTL-Dimmer---Fan (procent %)
|______________|

RX TX GND

|fonera 2100(kamikaze 8.09)| | cresta rx320 humity,temperature wireless RF transmitter |
|with environment | -----------------------------------------------------------
|controller program |
------------------------------

Everything is finished and works great. The only thing missing is a nice web-interface.
Unfortunally, I dont have the knowledge to make such a web-interface.
Is anyone interested in helping? If so, I can mail more details.

I have a budget of max 200$ for the webinterface. I know this is not much, but maybe anyone can do the job for this amount.

Best Regards,

I'm just curious: What purpose would this web interface serve? Do you want to be able to control the temperature and humidity or do you just want to monitor it? It sounds like the control aspect is already handled by the existing software.

Does it have some sort of configuration file? How do you obtain the temp/humidity data? If everything can be controlled/monitored via "cat /dev/somedevice" (or similar) I could probably whip up a crude web interface in 15 minutes (using Python). I don't know how much storage the Fonera device has but installing Python takes up about 4 megs on a RouterStation.
