bad ccq% but signal is 63-65

So I get a good Signal level from a sector 4.5 miles away to another sector. But the CCQ is 18% or less.. Im new to all the features ubiquiti has.. Why would I get a great signal but bad CCQ?

This generally stems from bad interference. I would recommend using a few different channels.

Also try making the ACK distance longer.
