Lowest Power Consumption for Solar Power

I want to know which radio has the lowest power consumption so that it can be used for solar power. I am also wondering how much less power consumption there will be when lowering the radio's power output level.

The NS5 Loco datasheet shows a max power consumption of 5 Watts while the included PoE injector is rated at 12 Watts (12 Volts @ 1 Amp). I think you will want to consider a DC PoE injector to avoid losses associated with converting DC to AC and back to DC, etc.
