Hello,

I work for a little WISP in the east of France. We wanted to try the NanoStation5 equipment with units we already had from the swedish manufacturer Repeatit, in our laboratory. We are having some incompatibility problems between them. I suppose it's normal, even if everybody is 'interoperable'. The big problem comes with the configuration of the QoS in both equipments. But anyway, do the owner protocols of Ubiquity have been tasted with others manufacturers to ensure the interoperability? Can you tell some of them to try everything in my laboratory?

Thanks.

Best regards!

Hello,

We test all of our units for interoperability with all of the big manufacturers. However it is impossible to test compatibility with EVERY device on the market. We do not use any special protocols that would make us incompatibile with this type of feature set. We go by whatever the standards are at the current time.

Thanks,

Mike
