Hello,

has anbody expereineces with the above mentioned setup or simmiliar setups?

Distance: 3 km
Full Line of Sight, both NS5M will be mounted at 10 meters
Systems: NS5M to NS5M

Radio Mobile gives me an execellent Signal (-69) and shows no problems.

What Throughput could be expected?

thanks and with best regards,

Hello,

Assuming you have great alignment, very low interference, you should be able to attaint close to 90-100Mbps TCP/IP at -69 signal.

Thanks,

That are great news. Will this Performance only reachable with a Channel Width of 40 MHz? AirMax disabeld or enabled? What Performance will be achieved with 20 MHz? 30-40 Mbps? If we use the Rocket could we expect higher Throughput? The Datasheets onlys says that this devices has 32MB more RAM.

The only thing that's missing for replaceing some of our short Mikrotik P2P Links is a dynamic Routing Protocol like OSPF. But i am sure if you release the SDK Kit it might be no Problem to integrate quagga.
