Hello Everybody!

I have a question concerning the power and data rate configuration of my SCR 300 (PCMCA). I use it at 5,8 GHz under Ubuntu with madwifi 0.9.4.
The first problem is that the maximum output power I can use is 18dBm although 20 dbm should be possible at 5.8 GHz.
The second problem is that I have not the possibility to choose the data rate of the link. Actually a data rate of 6Mbps is fixed. If I choose any higher data rate it gets stored in the driver settings but I still measure BPSK modulated symbols for the whole packet (instead of higher order modulated symbols).

Any Help is welcome!
