Hi guys

Thanks for good products.

I have a little problem, more confusing than be a problem!

My "Nanostation 5 loco" has some internal problems.

The day before the test beside my laptop was completely Ok.

But as I installed it on the roof when I connect The "LAN" and "POE" cable together I can not ping or open the web GUI. and in the mean time the LAN LED disable and enable again and so and so....

but if I connect the POE cable first the I connect the LAN cable I can ping the device but no web page also..

Just for the first time I connect the cable, the device ask for password and after entering data the page still reloads and ....

sometimes I get the (Internal Server Error - 500) and sometimes not!

Help me Fix this problem.

Thanks

Hello,

Please attempt to log into the device using the IP/network.cgi

Once in, update the firmware to V3.4 and your problems will be solved.
Thanks,

Mike

Clear the browser cache.

Also are you giving the NS enough time to boot.

Hi everybody

Problem solved!

The cache was not the problem...

The Cable I used to connect POE to NS was the issue!!

The cable works great on the network but I tested every CAT 6 cable and I couldn't use over 50 meter!

so the problem was the CAT6 cable.

Thanks for your time ;)
