Hola
Espero que alguien pueda ayudarme con este problema, primero aqui esta mi configuracion

http://img137.imageshack.us/i/mapaantenas.jpg/

Hi, Im hoping that some one can help me with this.

My deployment is like the picture above

On my PtP link I have a WRT54GL with a 24 dbi dish on both sides, signal is good (-73) then I have two nanos conecting to the lan ports on the WRT54GL working in AP WDS, everything is setup in bridge mode, pings are good (2ms-3ms), no packet loss, no interference, everything seems good, before that setup I had only WRT54GL's in the network and everything was running smooth, now the problem began when I put the nanos in the network, downloads wont finnish, videos from sites like youtube, vimeo, etc. wont load completly. Running a speed test from any client from sites like speakeasy gives me the same speed I get when connected to the DSL modem, and sometimes when doing a speed test from the clients side the speed test just hangs.

Any one have a solution to this?

I have a similar setup, AP is a WRT54GL, 22 total clients connect to this AP all using WRT54GL and everything in this network works fine, I dont have the problems that I have on that other network where I have a mix of WRT54GL and Nanos. The problem started I believe when I put those Nanos in the network. The network where I have the mix of WRT and Nanos sometimes even if there is just one client connected the problem exists, downloads wont finnish, youtube videos wont load completly. So I think the WRT54GL can handle 30 clients, not all clients are active at the same time, the most maybe 15. I think something is not right in my setup.

ok 1st test using youtube or downloading files in your next wrt54gl at 5.5km link i mean the router B and sniff the packets what is cause why the packets drops

Thanks myronray, yes I did some testing connecting to WRT "b", the problem is there too, when I disconnected the nanos that are connected to the WRT by wired, the problems goes away, then I linked WRT b to wrt #12 via wds and the problem does not happen, when I connect Nano #3, #4 and #5 the problems starts again even if there is just 3 or 6 clients connected, tomorrow morning Im going to take a trip to WRT#2 and Im going to take Nanos #3, #4 out of the network and replace them with a WRT54GL, then Im going to link all nodes to this AP wirelessly, Nano #5 too. Then Im going to change some cat5 cables on the CPE nanos that connect to clients computers directly with a crossover cable. If the problems does not go, I'll be lost :( .

They were on different channels, #3 Ch 1, #4 Ch 11 and #5 Ch 44, today I went to WRT#2 and took out Nano#3 and #4 of the network, I put WRT54GL as AP, but the problem remains, next thing Im going to try is to change wrt54gl #1 and wrt54gl #2.

Its strange, I have another setup in a different town, AP is a wrt54gl running ddwrt serving 22 clients all using wrt54gl's in wds mode and just one using a Nanoloco2 in ap wds mode and everything is fine I dont have any problems on this network, some times the network is slow when almost all clients connect to the ap at the same time, but even with that downloads finnish and videos loads completly. About an hour ago I changed the wrt that is connected to the modem directly thinking that this one maybe the problem, Im testing right now connecting to wrt#1 using another wrt in ap wds mode... we will see how it goes.

I have an update, the problem wasnt the Nanos, it wasnt interference, it wasnt low signal, it wasnt incompatibility, the network setup was fine, it was my DHCP server on the WRT54GL, its was hardware related. I changed it and I put another WRT54GL and now the network is running smooth just like before. I was blaming the Nanos but I was so wrong, Ubiquiti products rocks.
