hello all, i have an incident that happened to me 2 days ago. I was upgrading a NS2 firmware from the RC version to the 3.3.4 version. Almost towards the end the electricity went out and left the session not fully completed. I can't access the OS now and nothing seems to work even when i try to connect via the default (192.168.1.20) IP. I read somewhere in here about a tftp recovery solution, but what do I need in order to do this? Can anybody assist me in this? I really need some help in this regard......thanks in advance!!!!

thanks mike. im reading as we speak the procedure, but when the instructions ask to get the firmware file, the link comes up w/ an "sorry the file has been deleted". I have the 3.3.4 firmware file nonetheless, is this what was needed?
thanks,
