Hello,
We attempted to load dd-wrt firmware built for the NS2 Loco onto one of our units. It failed to come back up and no longer picks up an ethernet connection when it boots. Is it possible to recover this locally or does it require being sent back to Ubiquiti?

Hello,
Please contact dd-wrt for support.
Thanks,

I am asking if a unit is dead due to a failed firmware flash, will UBNT reflash or otherwise restore the unit, or is it a loss?

Hello,
DD-WRT should be able to offer some sort of TFTP flash recovery procedure for their software. However, if the flash chip is corrupted now then the unit is most likely lost. We are not setup to repair corrupted flash chips, I do apologize.
Thanks
