How bout a release date when the new 5G products will actually be available!
It has been well over a month since 2.4 G anything was available... I heard "all the 2.4 G and the new 5 G products are on the boat from China" several times, weeks ago.
Why not set an actual release date and then be able to provide enough product to actualy sell them? UBNT has the worst supply chain and communication with its distributors that I have ever seen, anywhere!
Can you take the person in charge of planning and inventory and put him/her in charge of marketing.
This has been a constant problem with your products do you have a plan to fix it?
Any changes being planned?

I just got off the phone with Invictuswireless in Lake Oswego, and they've got a few Bullet-5M units left - they tell me Nanostation 5Ms are two weeks out, and Rockets & antennas are 4-5 weeks out, end of September.
EVERYONE else, and I do mean everyone, seems to put it out as far as late October, which is unfortunate as we'll have a foot of snow by then. Working on icy towers is no fun :(
If anyone knows where we can get Nanos & Rockets before that date, we'd love to hear about it!

Hi Guys,
The BulletM products started shipping a month ago and more will be arriving over the next 1-2 weeks. As for the other 5GHz AirMax products, these were announced Monday of last week and have started shipping this week to distributors. It will take anywhere from 1-3 weeks for product to start arriving depending on where you are located and how products were shipped.
The 2GHz products are not available as of yet. We will post shortly on expected timeframe.
Regards,
Ben

Thanks for the quick reply, Ben - that timeframe lines up with what Invictus & Streakwave expect on the rest of the 5Ghz line.

So are they shipping from Sunnyvale? How long to get to streakwave?
Why cant you have an actual release date and meet the demand?

Hello,
Our device ship from China by sea. This is a variable amount of time for delivery to the US.
Thanks,
