Hi Mike and all, the newest firmware seems to have fixed all the problems 'I had', though the units are on test under full load and will report back tomorrow!

Oh on the 'overheating' issue the new firmware seemed to have fixed that too, my guess from what looked to be happening, is that the Bullet was getting into some kind of loop i.e. flashing lights and rebooting every 30 seconds?

Anyway here are a few more test results...

AP/WDS and STA/WDS modes with WPA2 Encryption, Signal -53 and jperf 20 streams.

40mhz / ch6 (quite a few ap's nearby) / AirMAX / AutoACK (both units) = 53mbit ave

then tried...

20mhz / ch13 (clean) / No-AirMAX / AutoACK (STA only) = 27mbit ave

This what you would expect, any particular setup you would like me to test?

(same as with AirMAX on)

Hey,

Thanks for the info. Can you test on a bit more clean channel? 53Mbps still seems a tad low.

Thanksk

Just turned my panels to horizontal pol and averaging 75mbit!

...think I might be hitting the limit of my laptop CPU if I 'alt-tab' to a different window bandwidth drops due to 100% cpu load :(

Will try and get a more powerful rig setup for testing.

...not far its across our office at the moment until I know they're stable enough to 'put up' somewhere, will keep you informed.
