i dont know if it happens for some badconfiguration, i think no because all my nanos has the same config in there are some that dont have this problem,

Hello,

Please check the power supplies. Also are you running these units on power conditioners or UPS?

Thanks,

Thanks,

i have changed the power supplies, from the nanos, but still having the trouble. i have changed the PoE too but the same thing, I have upgrade the firmware and tha same thing, i dont know wicht is the next step, ask for a RMA, but is it hard because i have a lot of customer linked to those radios, any other suggenstin, or some one hear some problem like mine,

about the power conditioner i dont use one, is expensive use one on each station that i have.

do you think that's the reason for what happens to me

Hello,

It sounds as though you might have dirty power in the area forcing reboots of the units when it flucuates greatly.

Thanks,

Mike

i know that can be one reason for the problem, but when i configure a new nano i dont have the problem , the problem start 3 weeks before. so i dont think that this is the problem, about the watchdog im going to try disabling it to see what happen

Hey jaunito,

What version of the firmware is on all of the units? The new units vs the rebooting units? Also can you let me know how it goes with the ping watchdog off?

Thanks,
