Hi all,
I just got my bullet M5 and did a quick test out of the box. I did not play with the settings at all, just pick a channel and put ssid, mode is AP WDS - Station WDS so the results coud be much better I think. Distance is about 100meters.
I post thist test, because my test setup is little different from what I've seen here till now.
Test setup is:
1st PC is Linux Slackware with Apache webserver and some big files to download from...
2nd PC is WinXP pro with Firefox and DownThemAll plugin for multisegment (10 segments) downlaod
The result (as you can see on the attached images) with both AirMAX on and AirMAX off is abot 60Mbps REAL TCP speed measured at the LAN card of the "server". I think it coud be more, if the settings are tuned - specialy the ACK i think. Will have these put tommorow on a working 30km link and let you know what is my best result there.
Greetings to the Ubiquiti team for the great product!
Have a nice day!
