I am only able to use your products with openWRT but this is not as nic to be configured as AirOS.

DFS is already supported on a/b/g products.
DFS is the part of the IEEE 802.11h wireless standard. Enable DFS option in advanced settings tab allows to enable/disable DFS support (applicable for Bullet5/5HP, LiteStation5, NanoStation5/loco5, PowerStation5, PicoStation5, WispStation5 only). DFS may be mandatory in some regulatory domains and should be tuned according to the regulations of the selected country. Please consult compliance guide (http://wiki.ubnt.com/wiki/index.php/RF_Compliance) and official regulations authorities for further explanation of compliance requirements for the country where AirOS based device is installed.

TPC also is a part of ETSI EN 301 893 resp. 802.11h.
If TPC is not supported by the device, the maximum tx-power is limited to 27 dB instead of 30 dB (that means 500mW instead of 1000 mW)
also Master/Slave Channel negotiation process has to meet certain rules.
Eg.: when booting the device, the Master (AP) has to auto-select an unused channel. All Slaves (Clients) have to remain idle, until the Master device tells them, that the selected channel is free. I am not a technical expert of the specifications, but ubiquiti devices do not work this way. On an Ubnt Accesspoint for example, I have to select the Channel myself...
Maybe I will send a Ubnt Nanostation5 to the local regulatory authority here in Germany to let them check, if I can use your stuff or not...
