Hello,
I have setup 2 networks, one is using Nanos2 APs for clients and locos5 and pico5 for bridges and Main AP.... the other one is using nanos2 for everything.
I had a 6 megs DSL connection on network #1 this has the loco5 and pico5. I use Speakeasy Atlanta server to run speed tests and when I ran the test I always got around 5.6megs.
On netwrok #2 I have a 15meg connection, this one has all the nano2 there is no loco5 or picos5 here. When I run the test on this netwrok using Speakeasy Atlanta server I get from 10-13.5 megs sometimes I even get 23megs....
Here is my issue, I got the same connection on network #1, I have a cable connection of 15megs DL and 3megs UL. I disconnected my 6megs DSL line from the network and connected my 15megs connection to it. I ran a test always using speakeasy, and I got a 6 megs DL result and a 3.5megs upload. So I did this for a couple of times and got similar results...
So I connected my laptop directly to the cable modem and I did the test, I got 24megs DL and 3.5 upload... I did this test 5 times and recorded the similar DL speeds above 20megs.
I then connected back to the netwrok and ran the tests, did it also 5 times and got results of 5-6.5megs....
I had this issue before with a nano2 using Kalpesh firmware, there was a CAP of 3megs... They fixed the issue by fixing the firmware...
So I tried to upgrade to the latest firmware to see if this helps, I was able to upgrade all my nano2 to 3.4 and my Pico5 to 3.4 but I am having issues with the loco5....
Every time I try to update firmware I get "Bad Image" error..... I look for a solution on your knowladge site tried that and still get the error..
The loco5 came with the firmware XS5.ar2313.v3.2.2.4003.081114.1725 and cant seem to upgrade to the 3.4 that is on the support page..
Ok this is about it right now!!! Hope someone can help me out with this two issues.. "MIKE"
Thanks,
DB
