NS2 serious hardware problem

If I power off nanostation 2 or BULLET2, BULLET2H in t seconds and power on in t' second with t + 1< t' < t + 2 seconds NS2, BULLET2, BULLET2H freeze (only LAN light, no watchdog, no wlan light and signal).

Also if I pull out quickly LAN POE cable and insert it again ( < 1 second ) also freeze.

is it normal ?

Yes...its a well known problem that if you have a momentary power drop out, the radios will lock up.
