Hey,
Can you check the PoE you are using? Also can your try a different ethernet cabling. The lights you describe are the TFTP Recovery mode.
What is the model of the PoE?
Thanks,
Mike

The PoE is a passive PoE block from a Nano5 and the power supply is a 12v 4.5amp. I shall test the cabling but this has been my default test rig for a number of months in which, just yesterday, I was testing 2 normal bullets...anyway ill check everything and report back.

Hi Mike, tried a total different setup (PoE, PSU and cables) the Bullet still start acting very weird after about 10 minutes of use and does seem to be getting very hot.
At the moment I can't even log into it!
I have tried uploading the firmware via TFTP in case it was a bad flash but it doesnt work :(
Please help!

Mike I sent you an email and can appreciate you are busy but I really could do with this new firmware ASAP to see if it fixes the issues with the Bullets and if it doesn't fix the issue ill get the sent back to you ASAP.
What steps are you using to TFTP the radios? Any referenced links to the instructions?

...as Mike suggested in an earlier post, if its different for the M radios please let me know!
I may have had a breakthrough, I opened the Bullet up again and put a 12" desk fan blowing on the bare circuit board and so far...NO LOCK UP! as ive said in a previous post the heatsink on this particular Bullet gets VERY hot.
Try it several times, with and with out the fan. See if you can get a definitve pattern. You may have a bad radio.
