With Channel shifting enabled on the Bullet5MHP I can not see anything and nothing can see the 5MHP (I have used Channel shifting on the PS5's for quite a while now...).

Is there a compatibility issue between the old radio's and the new one in regards to channel shifting?

Once I turn off CS, I can connect just fine, but with it on - nothing works - it can't connect to an AP and if I reconfigure it as an AP, nothing can connect to it.

Maybe a mute point as the other Bullet5MHP will be in my hands on Thursday, but I wanted to get this one setup on this end of the link.

Well, after further testing (err breaking stuff), I have decided to just wait for the other BM5 and grid to show up. I am getting great signal levels (-48 -> -52 (depending which channel) @5 miles), but craptastic speeds PS5 to BM5.

Interesting. We did channel shifting on a set of BM5's with WDS and although it ran for a few days, the link just went down. I'm going out there tomorrow to see what happened. The other links with the same setups on the same pole are still running fine. We think the transmitter on one BM5 might have failed.

I can't speak to BM5 to BM5 channel shifting, but with the BM5 to PS5 I can not make it work (IIRC, I was able to see it once with channel shifting enabled on both, but not after that).

Couldn't it be the WDS issue ?
