Thanks,
Juan

Hello,
Yes as a client it will talk, but does not support B - Only mode. The unit alwas operaes in 11bgn mixed mode
Thanks,
Mike
Yes and no...It will communicate with legacy 802.11b/g radios, but you won't be able to take advantage of any 802.11n features. Even if you had an entire deployment with the M family, adding just one non-M device will cause too many problems.

Does BULLET2M as AP synchronize to 1 Mbps 802.11b DSS modulation if client require (by low signal) ?
what options appear in the list IEEE 802.11 MODE GUI (in nanostation 2 are B ONLY, B/G MIXED and G ONLY)?
Thanks,
Juan

Hello,
You will only see 11bgn as an options. You cannot set to native B mode.

Hello,
This is not supported. I would suggest purchasing an 802.11b access point.

Mike

Ok, then BULLET2M only operate in G (6-54 mbps) and N modes as Access Point?
Also question to : "Does BULLET2M as AP synchronize to 1 Mbps 802.11b DSS modulation if client require (by low signal) ?" is NO why BULLET2M no support 802.11B, correct?
Please aclaration.
Thanks,
Juan

Hello,
I would suggest purchasing a regular Bullet to connect to legacy access points.
Thanks,
Mike

Mike why does not support BULLET2M 802.11B Access point mode? Hardware or software?
Also, what is RX sensivity of BULLET2M in OFDM 802.11G 6 mbps?, does not appear in datasheet.
Thanks Mike,
Juan

They probably do not support it for the same reason WalMart does not sell 8-track players. They already have products that cover this market segment. Why put effort into making a new product support such old systems when they have a product in production that already does?
The Bullet2HP or Bullet2 likely have more than enough resources to manage a B only network at peak efficiency.
