Normal responce times to Trouble tickets and phone calls

I created a ticket over two days ago, I also followed up with a phone call.
The answering machine at TS says reply within 24 hours, that was 48 hours ago.

If someone would just TOUCH my trouble ticket I would feel better..

Have I been spoiled by other vendors and manufactures? Am I being un-realistic?
