Our software developer got the power up by adding an offset of 3dB to whatever values were called out in the EEPROM. :)

It remains to be seen whether 3dB is the correct offset to use. I plan to do some tests over the next week or so to verify the card's output stays clean up to 3dB over the EEPROM values.

Just to clarify, did he just add 3db to the power calibration table values?
