Lost password for Nano 2,reset button does not work,cannot access settings. Have tried password recovery programs but password was old laptop that died. Nano 2 works but is on Flying J network,would like to change the settings so it can be used on my home network. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
Are you sure the Reset button isn't resetting the radio? Hold it in for for 6 to 8 seconds.

yes am sure reset not working,actually think it is broke off.don`t seem to be anything there and can hear something rattling around inside the nano 2. Have tried searching the forums for a solution,even called Flying J tech support,they were no help(problem wasn`t on thier flow chart of answers i guess)
You may have to take it apart. Sounds like the COVER of the button fell off and you can push the pin directly.

ok thanks for the help that was going to be my next step as a last resort,was hoping there may have been an easier way than taking it apart.Anything i should be wary of when taking it apart or is there a link that shows instructions.Thanks again

Finally solved the problem,as WHT said.reset cover was gone.Thanks.
