Why you deleted my ticket ID RPPJ-18702 for the following problem ???
"Today I received a notice from post office for your free t-shirt gift. Because you sent your gift with a parcel post and not with airmail, your free t-shirt requires a few euros for customs taxes.
I’m sorry but I don’t accept your free t-shirt and the local post office will return it to you in Taiwan. If you can send it again with airmail, your free t-shirt gift will become an absolutely free gift.
