litestation sr71 with sr71-12

hi, sorry my english. i bought two litestation sr71 with two sr71-12 radios. but the litestation show messege "unknown" in the system, i mean, the ls don´t recognizes the radio.
how can i make this work? do i have to update firmware? exist a new firmware?
can i get back the ls????????????
