Does anyone have this problem. I have over 100 NS2's deployed on a private IP scheme. When I run the version 2.2.1 discovery tool, only about 60 to 80 show up. Is there any fix to this

Hello,
Can you do a traceroute to the ones that are not reachable? Can you make sure there are no ping losses to the units that arent reachable?
Thanks,
Mike

I can ping with no problems. The only problem is all of the NS2 doe not show up when the utility is run. I can re-run several times, but only about 85 show up. I use DHCP to assign public IP's and all of the NS2's are setup in router mode vice bridge mode.

we've the same issue, and is kind a weird because some times it will pick ones and some other, like its random but never all of them, we have over 150 between ps2, ls2, ns2 and ps5 on a private man. i've just seen it like it will onl get so mutch but never knew for shure if it has to get them all.

I have not seen a response to these problems that some of us seem to see using discovery.
I'm using 2.2 on a network with a large number of NS2 and NS5 and some bullets with a mix of latest versions of AirOS (3.3.x).
If i run discovery a variable number of units show up. The product name shows NS2 or pS2 and these show the system name correctly.
BUT if the product name lists as XS2 then the system name is blank and if you click on that entry the IP and HW Address are not shown even though the main listing shows the IP and MAC addresses correctly.
Come on tech, please explain. Is this a timeout issue or what? Is it possible to make it continuously scan to fill in the missing info?

Again thank you for the effort
