Picostation Ethernet port death...

We are running pico-stations in a hotspot-esque outdoor setting. They had(20) of them been up for about three weeks, 3 of the lot lost all ethernet connectivity and I cant figure out why..The boards themselves power up fine, radios function, etc...etc.. but no ethernet...Checked the cables, checked the physical hardware power injectors.....etc

Has anyone else had similar behavior with the picos/bullet series radios?

How are you grounding the units and what type of Ethernet cable were you using?
